Attorney Chris Harkins has been licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 2012. Chris grew up in the area, graduating form Burrell High School then attending Clarion University where he graduated summa cum laude. After graduating cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law, Chris returned home to open up a general solo practice as an attorney in Lower Burrell, PA.  Chris has narrowed the focus of his practice to Elder Law. Chris lives in Lower Burrell with his wife Olivia Saperstein and their daughter, Crosby.
