Attorney Chris Harkins is a licensed practitioner under the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, a spouse, and a father competent in elder law. Having grown up in Lower Burrell, attorney Harkins graduated from Burrell High School and attended Clarion University, where he received a summa cum laude honors. He later pursued law at Syracuse University College of Law and headed back home after graduating cum laude to begin solo practice in 2012.
